You are also welcome to come to our Student Advisory Service before you start your studies. The Central Student Advisory Service of the University of Cologne is also available to answer any questions you may have about studying in Cologne.

Office hours
Office hours in the winter semester 2025/26:
We offer the following office hours in the CLAC office (in person, via telephone) for prospective students and Bachelor students: Thursdays: 12:00-13:30.
For Master's students and for consultations on studies abroad , please make an individual appointment via e-mail: mail-clac(at)uni-koeln.de.
You can also make appointments at another time by e-mail or telephone.
The appointments take place in the CLAC office (Philosophikum, 1st floor, room 1.011).
